Beauty and the Beast

The story is based on the French classic children's tale.  Belle is a pretty, but poor small-town girl.  To save her father's bookstore, she must learn to love a hideous beast.  Disney created a visually perfect animated feature film with compelling characters, excitement, suspense, and a fairy tale ending.

The theme song and the film won Academy Awards.
